  Get your Omega 3's! #22

For people who do not like to eat fish, you can use Flaxseeds to get your essential weekly Omega 3 fats. Flaxseeds can be bought at any local nutrition store. Many companies offer the seeds already grinded, but can be expensive. You can purchase Flaxseed in bulk for much less money and you can grind them in your coffee grinder. One tablespoon in any meal per day will increase your health. You may also consume the whole flaxseed without grinding them, however, your body does not absorb it as quickly and easily.

Stay Healthy! Live Better!

  It´s in there - #329

When a new word pops up while reading, try to decipher its meaning from the content of the surrounding sentence. Instead of looking the unfamiliar word up in the dictionary, examine more closely the sentence that contains the word.

  Banana Soft - #380

To get baby soft skin, try mashing up a banana and rubbing it on the dry patches of your skin. Leave the mixture on for 5 minutes and then rinse well. Also, the potassium in the banana will help get rid of any dark circles under your eyes.

  Don't Fret #471

From the very moment we were born, we were dying. So why sweat the small stuff? Learn to accept things for face value and enjoy life. Cherish every moment as though it were your last because this is your last time you will see today.

  Tips for Christmas Shopping #605

Doing Christmas shopping is always a nightmare when you´re not prepared. First of all, try to be polite. Treat others as you wish to be treated. Don´t argue and fight while you're in the stores, even if it's down to the last gift you want. Count down from ten! Remember that everyone else is out shopping the same as you are and they want to get their gifts and items just as fast as you do. Often in this period stores are open 24 hours so a good idea is to go shopping early or at odd hours like 12 am until 5 am. This might save you from some unnecessary Christmas stress.

  Recycle Christmas Cards - #4668

Save your Christmas cards from the previous year, cut the written side and use the front as a pretty gift tag or paste it on the package instead of a bow.

  In Office Jokes

A guy shows up late for work.

The boss yells, ‘You should’ve been here at 8.30!’

He replies. ‘Why? What happened at 8.30?’

So if you want more than you think you have now watch closely your mindset and you'll find out how Just live in the present. Think only the best about yourself first and then all the rest of your brothers and sisters - you'll find that you're blest and really in paradise. It's all in your mind.
