New Oven
« on: April 25, 2014, 10:14:04 AM »
My oven has been in the fritz since before Thanksgiving. It would not keep the temp and we got tired of paying over $200 to replace the ignition coil/switch or whatever it was. It would light but would not keep the temp. Then eventually it sometimes would not light as it was supposed to.

So we finally got a new one 2 weeks ago:

It works great! Now to get back to using an oven that actually works! LOL Been making various recipes to see what the differences are and to make sure it is keeping the temp as it should. It also has convection so got to get used to that as well as the other features it has that our former oven did not.

Had the same thing happen to me last month.  Had to get a whole new stove as well.

Still trying to get used to it but I do love the fast cooking of the convection feature. :)
