For breakfast I had a chocolate slimfast only.

For lunch I had a vanilla slimfast and 1 hotdog on a slice of Whole Grain wheat bread with mustard and cheese.

For dinner I will have a chocolate slimfast and a homemade taco salad!

I don't snack on anything in between. If I had fruit I would have it instead of sweets. I love banana's!

But I even quit drinking soda too!  ;D I haven't had a cola in over a week!

Clap clap, that gets rid of a lot of calories stopping the soda.

Am thawing out some pork chop for pork chop cassarole tonight.  My husband works in Saudi, he usually comes home hungry for pork as it is banned in Saudi.  So I try to cook pork.

I didn't get breakfast this morning. So I had a crab salad for lunch, and at 4:30 I had a slimfast drink and a banana! For dinner, I'll probably have a salad, and probably make spaghetti for the family!

thought I wanted crab salad the other day. I bought a small deal of it from Wal Mart and it was nasty.

Well, accually it was a regular salad, with crab meat on it! It wasn't the original crab salad. And funny thing I got it from Walmart too! :D

Well I had burger king tonight. I haven't been up to cooking lately.

I'll cook a good meal tomorrow.

The daughter took over the cooking tonight.  We had chicken and Dumpling very good.  She takes after her mother.  :)
