I've eat big catfish, and it was very tender. I always cut mine into nuggets, and after breading them, I deep fry them. When you first put them in "Hot oil 350" they will go to the bottom of the pan. When they float too the top. They are done. Never over cook fish. They will get hard and tough then

This one you are showing is very large also. Is it a tough meat or tender..

Last time I had catfish was maybe 40 years ago, I was camping with a couple of guy's and we caught no fish all weekend. We ended up meeting a chef from Cleveland Ohio, and he had a bag of catfish fillets.. He deep fried them. So we ate catfish and french fries, and drank bourbon, didn't do much good to drink the bourbon, because everything came back up, sicker than a dog, lesson learned..

   What Is Sphenopalatine Ganglioneuralgia?

What is Sphenopalatine Ganglioneuralgia? It is the scientific name for a quick and brief freezing sensation that effects the nerves, tendons, and blood vessels that lead to your brain. In other words, itís a brain freeze. groan

General Chit Chat / Growing up Hateing the USA

I know that when you were just a little kid, you walk under a apple tree and one fell down and hit you on the head. Man you started screaming and crying so loud, they could hear you for miles. After that you would never walk under a tree again. You also wouldn't eat apples. Man you were really weird. You even hated apple pie. That is unamerican. You even got where you hated the USA. Most people didn't like you, and most still don't. But! I know the truth. I didn't like you as a kid, and I still don't like you. If you will eat a slice of apple pie, I will try and like you. No promises tho

I couldn't say. It wasn't from the USA. I have been a catfish man all my life, and I would have no desire to catch one like that. I catch all of mine on a fishing pole. This one was turned loose

I agree. They should work together. They should work for the people, and not the party. That was what they were elected for. If they can't do that. They shouldn't be there

Why be ashamed, it works both ways.. When the Democrats are in power, the Republicans refuse to agree on most items, and it also works the other way around..

Why can't both party's work together.
